What we do

Every garage is different — size, concrete condition, and how you use the space all shape the right system. We measure in person, prep the concrete properly, and install the coating that fits your garage. Here's what we install.

Epoxy Garage Floors

The classic coated garage floor. Flake and solid-color epoxy systems over properly prepped concrete — a tough, stain-resistant surface for everyday parking, projects, and storage.

Polyaspartic Coatings

A faster-curing topcoat system that can often be installed in a single day — and applied in cold weather where standard epoxy cannot. A strong choice when you want your garage back fast.

Metallic & Decorative Epoxy

Marble-like metallic finishes and decorative flake blends for a garage you actually want to show off — a workshop, a showroom for your cars, or just a space that looks finished.

Concrete Repair & Prep

A coating is only as good as what's underneath it. We diamond-grind the concrete, repair cracks, and get the surface ready to bond — the step that decides whether a floor lasts.

How it works

  1. Request a quote. Fill out the form below — a few details about your garage and what you're looking for. It takes about two minutes.
  2. We look at your garage. A local professional comes out, measures the space, checks the concrete, and talks through systems, colors, and finishes. The quote is free, and there's no obligation.
  3. Prep and install. We grind and repair the concrete as needed, then install the coating system and let it cure. When it's done, you get a clean, finished floor and straightforward care instructions.

Common questions

How much does a garage floor coating cost?

It depends on the size of your garage, the condition of the concrete, and the system you choose. That's why we quote in person after seeing the garage — the number you get is for your actual floor, not a guess. Quotes are free.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the system. Polyaspartic coatings can often be installed in a single day. Epoxy systems take longer because each coat needs time to cure before the next one goes down. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your quote, including how soon you can park on it.

How long will a coating last?

With proper prep and normal garage use, a quality coating holds up for years of daily driving, parking, and projects. Prep is the deciding factor — a coating bonded to properly ground concrete lasts far longer than one rolled over a dirty or smooth slab. We'll tell you honestly what your floor needs before we start.

What about Utah winters, freeze–thaw, and road salt?

Those are exactly why prep and system choice matter here. Freeze–thaw cycles and road salt punish bare concrete and punish poorly bonded coatings even harder. We grind, repair, and use systems suited to Utah conditions, and polyaspartic coatings can even be applied in cold weather when standard epoxy cannot.

Can you coat a cracked or stained floor?

Usually, yes — after repair and prep. Cracks get filled, stains get ground out, and problem areas get addressed before any coating goes down. If your floor has damage that makes a coating a bad idea, we'll tell you that before you spend anything.

Do I need to empty my garage?

Yes — everything needs to be out of the garage before installation day, and vehicles stay out while the coating cures. We'll confirm the timeline with your quote so you can plan around it.
